Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Users must use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Harassment, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that disrupts the platform experience is prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations.

Learners can book sessions with tutors based on available time slots. Both parties are expected to honor their commitments. Cancellation policies may apply as specified during the booking process. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

Payment terms are established at the time of booking. Skillink.io may collect platform fees for facilitating connections. All payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers. Refund policies are subject to specific session and tutor terms.

Skillink.io does not guarantee learning outcomes. The effectiveness of learning depends on many factors including the commitment of both tutors and learners. We provide the platform and tools; success depends on how they are used.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violation of these terms, or any behavior that negatively impacts the platform or other users. Users will be notified of the reasons for suspension when possible.

All content on Skillink.io, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Skillink.io or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Content shared during sessions remains the property of its creator.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skillink.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
